REFUND POLICY — DIS Atelier

Collector Policy

Each DIS Atelier acquisition is produced individually to order.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our works, all sales are considered final once production has begun.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • collector preference changes,
  • incorrect size selection,
  • change of mind purchases.

Damaged or Defective Works

If an artwork arrives damaged or defective, collectors must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • photographs of the artwork,
  • photographs of the packaging,
  • order information.

Eligible cases may qualify for:

  • replacement,
  • restoration,
  • or partial/full resolution depending on the situation.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once the production process has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Limited Editions

Limited collector releases remain non-refundable due to their archival and edition-controlled nature.
