SHIPPING POLICY — DIS Atelier

Shipping & Production

Every DIS Atelier piece is produced exclusively to order.

Production begins once an acquisition has been confirmed and payment has been processed.

Production Timeline

Standard production time:
5–7 business days.

Large-format collector editions or specialty materials may require additional preparation time.

Worldwide Shipping

Worldwide collector shipping is included with every acquisition unless otherwise stated.

All works are carefully packaged using reinforced protective materials designed for international fine art transit.

Tracking & Delivery

Once dispatched, collectors receive full shipment tracking via email.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination country and customs processing.

Customs & Import Duties

International collectors may be responsible for local customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on regional regulations.

DIS Atelier is not responsible for customs-related delays once the shipment has entered the destination country.

Damaged Deliveries

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, collectors must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic documentation of both the packaging and artwork.

We will work directly with the production partner and shipping carrier to resolve the issue appropriately.

Lost Shipments

In the rare event of a lost shipment, DIS Atelier will investigate the matter directly with the shipping carrier before issuing any replacement or resolution.
